Free Exchanges within the US
Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and only for a different size of the same style. For orders to the United States, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the exchange and ship the requested exchange item when the returned item(s) have been received. If you'd like to exchange for a different item, you can return the item for store credit and purchase the new item as a new order. In the event that the item(s) you would like to exchange for is/are out of stock, a store credit will be issued for the value of the items original purchase price. Items received as an exchange may not be returned again. Only one exchange offered per order.
Refunds for Store Credit within the US
Refunds for Store Credit must be made within 30 days of purchase. If you would like a refund for store credit, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return and email you a Gift Card Code when the returned item(s) have been received and processed.
Refunds to Original Payment Method within the US
Refunds to original payment method must be made within 30 days of purchase. Once you initiate a refund, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive and process the return, we will refund the amount of the returned items, minus the cost of the label, to the original form of payment within 2-3 business days, not including any original shipping charges.
General Shipping Policy
Orders over $250 will require a signature on delivery. Any items returned or exchanged must be received within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, and items must be in original condition, where item is unworn, unwashed, has all tags and apparel bag(s). All women's swimwear will only be accepted for exchange or return if the protective hygienic liner has not been removed.
