We hope you love your Dandy Del Mar goods, and we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not fully satisfied with the fit or product for any reason, we accept returns and offer free exchanges within 30 days from your date of purchase.

Free Exchanges

You can exchange for a different size, or for a different product altogether. We will true up any differences in cost within our return portal.

Use our returns portal to select a new size, or apply your exchange value to different product altogether, and print a free Exchange Shipping Label.

Free Returns for Store Credit

We offer free returns for a refund as Store Credit. Use our portal to select your items to return and print a free Return Shipping Label.

Easy Returns for a Refund to Original Payment Method

We offer returns for a refund to original payment method; a 7% restocking fee fee will be deducted from your refund. Use our portal to print a Return Shipping Label. Return shipping fee will be waived if you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, or if you’re shipping an item in the same package as an item you’re sending in for an exchange.

Australian Orders:

We appreciate all of our Australian customers and their pursuit of leisure.

Free Express International Shipping for all Australian orders over A$350.

Express Orders arrive in 3-6 business days from shipment date.

You may also choose to ship to your country with our Economy shipping provider BorderGuru at checkout.

Economy Shipping orders arrive in 14 - 28 business days.

All shipping and import fees/duties will be applied at checkout for a seamless experience.
