SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Free shipping on all U.S. orders

All domestic U.S. orders eligible for Free Exchanges, Free Returns for Store Credit, or Easy Returns for Refund.

Orders over $500 will require a signature on delivery.

Discount Codes cannot be applied to Marked-Down Products.

Our Guarantee to You:

We stand behind all of our products and are confident in their quality. If you are not totally satisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item (or within the Extended Holiday Return Window for eligible orders).

After the return window, we will still consider any items for return that are defective due to materials or craftsmanship.

To protect our customers and to ensure we handle every return with fairness, we cannot accept returns in certain situations, including:

  • Worn or washed products showing excessive wear and tear
  • Products with tags that are missing or have been removed.
  • Products lost or damaged by misuse or improper care (including pet damage)
  • Soiled or contaminated products
  • All women's swimwear will only be accepted if the protective hygienic liner has not been removed.

FREE EXCHANGES WITHIN THE US

  • Prepaid exchange shipping labels provided at no cost to you.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item. For orders to the United States, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the exchange and ship the requested exchange item once the returned item(s) are scanned for transit by the carrier. If you'd like to exchange for a different item, you can do that easily within our returns portal.

In the event that the item(s) you would like to exchange for is/are out of stock, a store credit can be issued, or apply the value of the exchanged item toward an entirely new item through the returns portal.

FREE REFUNDS FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN THE US

Refunds for Store Credit must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, or within the Extended Holiday Return Window for eligible orders. For orders to the United States, If you would like a refund for store credit, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return and email you a Gift Card Code when the returned item(s) have been received and processed.

EASY REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN THE US

  • Pre-paid return shipping labels provided, 7% restocking fee applied to refund amount.

Refunds to original payment method must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, or within the Extended Holiday Return Window for eligible orders.

You can initiate a refund to your original payment method easily through our returns portal, prepaid shipping labels provided. Once we receive and process the return, we will refund the amount of the returned items, less a 7% restocking fee, to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days,

  • Refunds don't include any shipping costs from the original order.
  • Refund payment processing times are dictated by the issuing bank and may take 5-7 business days to process. For further information regarding refund transit times, please contact the issuing bank.

ORDERS TO AUSTRALIA AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Free and Fast Shipping for all Australian orders over A$350.

Express Orders arrive in 3-9 business days.

All shipping and import fees/duties will be applied at checkout for a seamless experience.

Exchanges - International

We are currently unable to offer exchanges to customers located in Australia, but we plan to offer this in the future.

Refunds for Store Credit - International

Australian customers can initiate a refund for store credit and ship the product back with a carrier of their choosing. Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount of the item less any original shipping costs, as a gift card for store credit within 2-3 business days.

Refunds to original payment method - International

Australian customers can initiate a refund to original payment method and ship the product back to us with a carrier of their choosing. Requests for refunds to original payment method must be made within 60 days of shipment date. Once we receive the package, we will refund the amount of the item to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-10 working days of receiving the return. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside of our control. For further information regarding refunds, please contact the issuing bank.
