Refund policy

We’re happy to offer an extended holiday return window through January 15, 2026.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, returns are easy and free with a prepaid return label (U.S. orders). You have 30 days from delivery to send items back.

Your Options

  • Free Exchanges: Swap for a new size, color, or style.
  • Store Credit: Get 100% back as a digital gift card (never expires).
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Available, minus a 9% restocking fee.
  • Markdown items (slash-through pricing) are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Full-price items remain eligible for refunds to the original payment method, even if a discount code was used (restocking fee applies).

International Returns

  • Customers ship back items with their own carrier.
  • Returns must be sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
  • Shipments requiring unpaid duties will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Guidelines

We accept returns on new, unworn items with tags and original packaging. We cannot accept:

  • Worn or washed items.
  • Items without tags or original packaging.
  • Soiled, damaged, or contaminated items.
  • Swimwear without the hygienic liner.

Defective items (materials or craftsmanship) will always be considered for replacement, even outside the return window.
